Whether our customer's suppliers are electronic data interchange (EDI) compliant, or if they do not operate a system, ProTrans International is able to capture all of their shipment information.

Once entered, the suppliers’ ASN (advanced shipping notification) entries will be matched to one of our ProTrack track numbers. After a match is established, authorized customers may access the information via ProLink by searching various criteria including supplier name, ship date, part number, due date, trailer number, BOL, and delivery date. Freight that has already shipped, is scheduled to be shipped, or already en route can be viewed whenever needed.

EDI Compliant Supplier – Suppliers can send a copy of an ASN to ProTrans International.

Non-EDI Compliant Supplier – We have created a BOL system that can be accessed through ProLink. This internally developed system allows suppliers to manually enter all the pertinent information with the aid of drop-down boxes. An ASN from the entered information will then be generated.
